Kim Gagnon-Lalonde

Experience grounded in service.

Kim has a background in court administration, legal research and client support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Civil Law, completed with Summa Cum Laude distinction.

At the Copyright Board of Canada and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, she worked in case management, legal documentation and hearing coordination. Her experience also includes mentoring colleagues, improving processes and contributing to inclusive workplace initiatives.

Connecting with people.

Earlier in her career, Kim worked as a law clerk in a notarial office on estates, family matters and property transactions, managing intake, calendars and sensitive information.

Fluent in English and French, she brings a combination of empathy, discretion and organization to HCLS outreach and communications.

Kim is an animal lover, spinning enthusiast and avid reader.
