If you prefer submitting a payment or depositing trust funds by e-Transfer rather than by credit card via the links above, you can direct your e-Transfer to "admin@hcls.law". 

If you are making a payment to cover legal services already rendered or expenses incurred, you should select the "Pay a Bill" option. This is typically used for settling invoices or bills related to legal consultations, representation, or other services provided by our firm.

The "Deposit into Trust" option should be selected when you are providing funds to be held in a trust account for future legal services or expenses. This option is commonly used for retaining our services for ongoing legal matters or to establish a reserve for potential future expenses. Funds deposited into trust remain separate from our firm's operating accounts until they are earned through services provided or expenses incurred on your behalf.

Refunds are only applicable to remaining trust amounts that have not been utilized for expenses or services rendered. If there are funds remaining in your trust account after all services have been provided and expenses incurred, you may request a refund for the remaining balance. Please note that any refunds will be subject to our firm's policies and may require processing time to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

While HCLS does not offer discounts on our legal services, we understand that legal expenses can be significant. Instead of discounts, we strive to work with our clients to establish custom payment plans tailored to their individual financial situations. These payment plans are designed to make legal services more accessible while ensuring that our firm can continue to provide the highest quality representation.
